Coats, Jackets, Gilets, what ever your style, they’re an essential in your winter wardrobe. Designed to keep you warm and cosy all season long, these three jacket styles are our go-to this winter.
The Puffer Jacket
The puffer jacket was invented in the mid 1930s by Eddie Bauer, he called it the Skyliner. It was a jacket encased with feathers within quilted fabric, he created it after almost losing his life to hypothermia, the puffer jacket was a practical way to stay warm throughout the winter and avoid such a situation happening again!
Our Bryson puffer jacket is here to keep you warm throughout the colder months. A classic puffer jacket, this quilted coat will lock the heat in. Available in two colours, there is a Bryson to suit you and your style. Featuring two hand slip pockets with popper fastenings, an internal pocket, ribbed cuffs and high neckline, you can be sure this practical and cosy coat is exactly what you need this season.
The Practical Gilet
The gilet originated from 15th century France and has come a long way from its roots. Originally a sleeveless jacket made from leather, you can see from our two classic styles it has had a bit of an update in terms of cut and fabric.
Pockets made a gilet the perfect practical companion whilst its sleeveless style provides freedom and movement.
The Waterproof Jacket
We don’t have to justify the need for a waterproof living in the U.K. – it rains a lot!
The Crandall is a tonal waterproof, perfect for the unpredictable British weather. It has many benefits other than the obvious – it being water proof! It has adjustable Velcro cuffs, two hand slip pockets, a hood and fun, quirky Weird Fish features such as an embroidered logo and bungee cord toggles.
