We were so excited to roll out our brand new store concept again, this time in Carmarthen, Wales. With a little help from our friend, artist Julia Gash, we hosted a grand launch day on 4th April in the store.
The shipping forecast is in, and things are about to get nautical.
We had great fun shooting our marine inspired range, and luckily, no-one got too wet.
It can be difficult to feel motivated in January/February, the warm, fuzzy Christmas feeling is well and truly over, you want to feel motivated, but it is still cold and wintery, it is hard to know what to do with yourself. Here at Weird Fish we think it best to get stuck in and embrace the sometimes damp, chilly weather, after all they do say “There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad weather clothing”, so with that in mind grab your favourite cosy jumper, a waterproof jacket, pull on those wellies, and get out there to enjoy the fresh air.
Here at Weird Fish we’ve always done things a bit differently, swum against the shoal you might say. From our first air-brushed T-Shirt of a cartoon fish, to constantly exploring for that next amazing fabric or that fresh new idea, something a little different but never too weird.
Our artists are constantly working to think up fresh and daft ideas for our unique T-Shirt designs.
When our Ron isn’t pottering in the Weird Fish carpark allotment he is always foraging and making something out of old bits of store fit, and whatever he can get his hands on. This year he created a very impressive crazy golf course for the garden, we had a party to test it out, but unfortunately the bad weather sent us inside, the warehouse never looked so exciting. Here is how we got on.
