Out of Hibernation

Outofhibernation

It can be difficult to feel motivated in January/February, the warm, fuzzy Christmas feeling is well and truly over, you want to feel motivated, but it is still cold and wintery, it is hard to know what to do with yourself. Here at Weird Fish we think it best to get stuck in and embrace the sometimes damp, chilly weather, after all they do say “There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad weather clothing”, so with that in mind grab your favourite cosy jumper, a waterproof jacket, pull on those wellies, and get out there to enjoy the fresh air.

how to survive half term

Guest blog from Sue Taylor  – digital editor of Camping and Caravanning Magazine

School’s out, so now is the perfect opportunity to enjoy quality time with your family. But keeping the kids entertained during the holidays isn’t easy and can be costly too. If you’re staying at home, the internet is a good place to start. Check out your local council and tourist information center websites for information about what’s on in your area. Local leisure centers and museums usually hold special holiday events, so check your local newspaper for details.
