The latest photo shoot took us down to the British seaside, (which is always a good place to be) in the town of Looe.
The weather was typical of the British summertime, and we had some changeable skys, but got some lovely images for our latest Autumn range of clothing.
The first day we wanted to find our locations for the shoot, but were a little blighted with rain.
The weather didn’t seem to discourage the crabbing that was happening all along the harbor edge.
But some crabs were not afraid to fight back!
The morning of the shoot was a different story weather wise, with some beautiful sunshine.
We also had the fun of an extra little helper on set in the form of Maya the Shibainu.
She was keen to get in as many shots as she could.
When Maya wasn’t in shot, the seagulls were the other animal we were trying to avoid.
The location in general though was gorgeous, the water in Looe harbor is so clear.
We have to say a big thank you to two chaps who were trying to paint this area of the pier, who were kind enough to let us gate crash for a few shots. We were delighted to hear they were also from Cheltenham and Gloucester, it is a small world.
After a busy morning we took a short break for lunch, sitting on the edge of the dock and eating fresh crab sandwiches. It makes you appreciate British summer time.
Next we headed off to our next location with thanks to Forest Holidays who let us run around their amazing grounds for a couple of hours. We have also teamed up with Forest Holidays to bring you our latest competition. Click here to find out more and enter for a chance to win a holiday for 4, in one of their many locations.
They have aches of amazing woodland and lakes to explore.
Here we met another new animal friend in the form of the local stud goose. Apparently he is the king of the roost here and is very popular with the lady geese.
Maya wasn’t impressed at not being center of attention for a few minutes, so then did her best to pull it back to her.
Even demonstrating her best “play dead” with James.
We had a fab time in Looe, it is always great to get to spend time on the British coast when our head office is a little land locked in Cheltenham. Come back soon to read about more Weird Fish adventures.
